June 13, 2006- Representative Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) leaves the Capitol Hill Police Station after turning himself in. Kennedy reached an agreement with prosecutors to plead guilty to DUI charges stemming from his May 4 car crash outside a Capitol office building.
